By accessing or using Leeopard ("the Service"), operated by Leeopard.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

These terms apply to all visitors, users, and members who access the Service. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Leeopard provides a discount alert platform that monitors Amazon for promotional codes and price drops on products matching members' preferences. Members receive personalized discount codes every week via email.

Leeopard does not sell products directly, process retailer orders, or guarantee that any specific code will work at checkout. We act as an intermediary alert and information service only.

Some features of the Service require creating an account, currently available through Google sign-in. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

Leeopard Club is offered as a subscription service with an optional free trial period for new members. By starting a trial or subscription, you authorize us to charge your payment method at the end of the trial period or on each billing cycle thereafter.

Subscription fees are displayed clearly at checkout before you confirm payment. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you will be removed from our discount alert email list immediately upon cancellation.

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Charges appear on your statement under our merchant descriptor. Subscription fees are billed in advance for each billing period.

Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. If you were charged after cancelling or believe a charge was made in error, contact support@leeopard.com within 14 days of the charge. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods after cancellation.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You may not use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access the Service in bulk, attempt to reverse-engineer our code database, resell access to the Service, or use the Service to facilitate fraud.

We reserve the right to limit, suspend, or terminate access for users who violate acceptable use policies or whose activity threatens the integrity or availability of the Service.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that promo codes displayed will be valid, that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that results will meet your expectations.

Discount codes are sourced from third parties and retailers, and their availability, validity, and terms are subject to change without notice. You use codes at your own discretion and risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Leeopard and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to lost savings, lost profits, or failed transactions on retailer sites.

Our total liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to Leeopard in the twelve months preceding the claim.

We may revise these Terms of Service at any time by posting updated terms on this page. Material changes will be communicated to active subscribers via email or in-app notice where practicable.

Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of revised terms constitutes acceptance. If you disagree with updated terms, you must stop using the Service and cancel your subscription.
